Over the last three years Michelle McNally has led the establishment of the Aware Real Estate business as the inaugural CEO, having successfully grown the platform to $3bn in assets with a development pipeline of $3bn, with a talented team now in place.  At this natural inflection point for the business, Michelle has decided to pursue the next phase in her career.
