The Luddenham Industrial Estate located at 2289-2309 & 2311 Elizabeth Drive, sets out to become a pioneer industrial development within the Western Sydney Aerotropolis.
The development will feature c,63,500 sqm (GLA) of premium industrial warehousing across 19.4 hectares and corporate office accommodation leveraging off the proximity to open space, onsite cafe and local amenity. The development will feature 7 facilities with a range of flexible solutions ranging in size from 1,000 sqm to 30,000 sqm.
Located in close proximity to the intersection of two major roads, the Northern Road and Elizabeth Drive, the Luddenham Industrial Estate benefits from connectivity to the city via the future M12 motorway and is less than 2km north west of the future Western Sydney Airport.
The state-significant development application SSD- 8438209 for the estate was granted approval on Monday 28th April 2025, with a total investment of $139 million, creating 250 ongoing roles and 390 construction jobs.
This industrial development is one of the first in the Aerotropolis and would support its growth by providing crucial logistics and warehousing space.
Construction of the industrial estate is due to begin in 2025 with the delivery of the first warehouse anticipated to open in December of 2026.
